We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to lead Seppo’s global expansion!

We are making Seppo a true game changer in the learning market. As a member of our management, you will be a crucial part of that narrative.

You’ll have a lot of independence and responsibility, but you are not by any means left alone. Responsibilities cover all aspects of the commercial growth plan, from strategy to execution. You work closely with the CEO and our dedicated sales and marketing team. To succeed, you will work in a team and lead from the front.

We expect that you have experience and competence in working with international markets. Main responsibilities

Accelerate sales at Seppo, find and activate the most potential sales channels.

Develop sales and marketing processes, including targets and metrics.

Own the strategic go-to-market business plan.

Lead and drive Seppo’s global sales and marketing team.

Key requirements

Proven sales track record.

Experience in operating in several international markets.

Strong experience in running a sales organization.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Customers first -attitude.

Compensation is based on a fixed salary, bonuses, and options. You will be working with a qualified and enthusiastic team of 15 members.
