Helsinki region environmental services HSY has sponsored Helsinki region schools gamified digital lessons on circular economy and water-usage. The games are free for schools, and work well also for distance learning lessons in basic education. The games are targeted to three different age-levels, and are available in Finnish. The games are produced together with Finnish Reuse Centre and Seppo.io.
Seppo, a gamification platform for teachers is spurring huge interest in Brazil. Since a recent visit to Brazil the company is establishing a strong presence in the country both online and physically. Seppo will be added on the widely used teachers’ portal Nova Escola this autumn. A successful pilot with SENAI, an organization of over 700 schools, is leading to the next phase.
