Our CEO Riku Alkio has been elected to the jury of a competition that is searching for the most Digitally Advanced Teacher in Finland. A Digitally Advanced Teacher is someone who can systematically and creatively utilise modern technology in teaching in a pedagogically sound manner. The winner will be awarded in Educa in January 2016.

Our CEO Riku attended the delegation of Minister Toivakka to UAE and Saudi Arabia. The aim of the visit was to open new business opportunities in the Gulf area. Riku introduced seppo to the officials of the local Ministry of Education. In Abu Dhabi a visit to the Higher Colleges of Technology led to an agreement to continue our cooperation. HCT has been piloting seppo this autumn. In Dubai Riku facilitated workshops in GEMS and Rashid School for Boys. Both schools decided to start a pilot period of seppo at the beginning of 2016.
