Are you the customer service oriented professional with experience from the corporate training sector that we are looking for?
Seppo is the leading gamification company in Finland. As a part of our new strategy, we are looking to strengthen our team with a Customer Success Manager, who will be working with our Finnish and International B2B customers.
We are looking for a person, who is driven to help the customer succeed. Your responsibilities are going to be onboarding new customers and securing the versatile and regular use of Seppo by our customers.
Although you are not expected to sell as such, we expect you to be sales-oriented. You will be working with HR professionals and corporate training experts. From your background you can be for example an HR/D-professional of a bigger company or the world of corporate training is familiar to you in other ways. In the Seppo team you will be working mostly with our sales and game production / product training personnel. You will have your own area of responsibilities working closely with the customers. However, we expect you to have an all-arounder attitude.
