Release notes

Seppo platform update – 21/01/2026

This release brings major improvements to SAIGE, task design, 3D games, and overall platform stability — with a strong focus on flexibility, collaboration, and smoother gameplay.

SAIGE updates

More control, more collaboration

  • New SAIGE workflow
SAIGE now works in a more collaborative, vibe-coding–like way. You can guide game creation through chat, prompts, materials, links, or ready-made game scripts — refining goals, tasks, story, and full HD game boards step by step.

  • Updated credit system
Credits are now consumed dynamically based on how much you edit and how much data SAIGE processes.
Credits are no longer tied to a single game generation.

  • Credit conversion
All existing credits have been converted to the new system:
1 old credit = 100 new credits, giving you more flexibility to iterate and experiment.

Tasks & Gameplay

  • Automatic feedback for all task types
All task types now support automatic feedback, making it easier to guide players during gameplay.

  • You can now also add videos, images, emojis, and formatted text to all feedback.

  • Fixed points option for checkbox tasks: You can now choose to award a fixed number of points regardless of the selected option, making checkbox tasks suitable for surveys and non-evaluative questions.

3D Games

  • 3D games are now available for all our educational customers ❤️
All educational customers can now access Seppo 3D games.

  • Faster loading and improved download view
