In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to use Seppo effectively and make the most out of its features.

Instructor report

The Instructor report is your personal activity summary on the Seppo platform. It shows how you’ve used Seppo as an instructor, including how many games you’ve created, how many players you’ve reached, and which of your games have been played the most.

What you’ll see in your report

  • Games Created – Total number of games you’ve created under your account
  • Total Players – Number of unique players who have participated in your games
  • Games Played – The number of your games that meet the play criteria (i.e., at least 12 answers collected)

Use the date filters to view stats from a specific time range.

Top Played Games

Below your statistics, you’ll find your most played games, ranked by number of players:

Each card shows:

    • Game title
    • Total number of players
    • The date last game action
    • The game image that you can click to open the game

🎯 This section helps you quickly see which games are getting the most engagement! Perfect for reporting impact or planning future game-based activities.

My games section

The My Games section shows all the games connected to your Seppo account, whether you’ve created them yourself or they’ve been shared with you.

Here’s what you’ll find in the list:

Types of games included

  • Created games – Games you’ve created
  • Downloaded games – Games you’ve downloaded
  • Shared games – Games created by other instructors but shared with you

My games details

Game title – The name of the game

Created – The date the game was created

Last updated – The most recent date the game was edited

Status – Indicates if the game is active (game on), draft (not turned on), or archived (turned off)

Players – Shows how many players the game has
