Adding a new instructor to a licence
How can I add more instructors to my license?
If you would like to increase the number of instructors, please visit Seppo’s shop, or contact our customer support. We will tell you about all the options and help you choose the best option for you or your organisation.
The general rule is that you have 1 instructor account per 20 player licences. So for example:
- 50 player licences – 2 instructors, including owner
- 100 player licences – 5 instructors, including owner
If you are unsure about the status of your current license, you can contact the license admin or our customer support team directly, who will help you clarify the situation.
The license admin has the possibility to view, delete or add users to the license.
