In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to use Seppo effectively and make the most out of its features.

Managing licence members

Managing licence members as a administrator

As a Seppo licence administrator, you have the ability to manage members and access key reports that help monitor the use of your organisation’s licence. This includes adding or removing members to your organisation licence, assigning admin rights, and tracking usage through Seppo’s reporting tools.

Instructions for licence admins

As admin, you can easily manage who has access to your organisation’s licence. This makes it simple to keep your user list up to date, especially when team members join or leave.

You can remove old users, free up seats, and assign new members.
You can also view how many member seats are currently in use under Organisation Settings.

Adding a new member:

Log in to your Seppo account.

From the menu, go to Settings → Organisation.

Select "Add member" and enter the new member’s name, email address, and role (e.g., Instructor or Admin). If your licence includes SAIGE (Seppo’s AI Game Engine), you can also choose whether SAIGE is active for that member.

Before adding new members, you also have the option to customise your own email message to include a personal welcome or additional instructions. Seppo will automatically include login instructions in the message, so your new members will have everything they need to get started.

Removing a member:

Navigate to Settings → Organisation.

Find the user you wish to remove from the list.

Click the Remove member for removal.

Before deleting a member, make sure they have shared all important games with a new team member or another colleague who will continue using Seppo. This ensures that valuable game content is not lost and can still be accessed and managed.

Changing member roles

You can change a user’s role at any time, for example, to grant or remove administrative rights.

Go to Settings → Organisation.

Locate the user whose role you want to update.

Select the desired role from the dropdown menu (e.g. Instructor → Admin).

Changes are saved automatically.

Sharing games between members

If an member is leaving your organisation or transferring to another department, it’s important to transfer Seppo account ownership or access to the games they created.
