2. How do I change my username or password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, simply request a password reset link from Seppo’s login page.
Go to play.seppo.io
Select Game Master
Click "If you can't sign in, reset your password here"
Follow the instructions to receive a reset link via email
If you want to change your user email or if there have been changes to your payment details, please contact our customer support via the Customer Support chat in the bottom right-hand corner of this page.
3. How can I add more player or instructor slots on my license?
If you would like to increase the number of players on your license or purchase additional instructor slots, please visit Seppo’s shop, or contact our customer support. We will tell you about all the options and help you choose the best option for you or your organisation.
If you are unsure about the status of your current license, you can contact your license admin or our customer support team directly, who will help you clarify the situation.
A license admin has the possibility to view, delete or add users to the license.
4. How can I transfer my game to another user?
Follow these simple instructions to transfer the game to other participants
Log in to your Seppo account and open the game you want to share.
Navigate to the game settings and select "Add participants".
Add the Seppo user you want to transfer the game to as an Instructor.
Important: The person receiving the game must have their own Seppo user account.
5. Players cannot log in to the game
If a player encounters difficulties logging into the game, please follow these steps:
Check that the game is switched on – Players will only be able to log in once the instructor has started the game.
Ensure the player is online – Even for hybrid offline mode, the game must be started online before players can play.
Verify browser or app compatibility – Ensure the player is using a supported browser (Safari, Chrome, or Firefox).
Try a different browser or clear cache – Ask the player to either switch browsers or clear their browser cache and try again.
Check location and camera permissions – Ensure the player has granted Seppo access to location sharing and camera use if required by the game.
If the player continues to experience issues, please contact our support team and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
6. Players GPS exercise is locked
GPS placement: GPS exercises cannot be placed on top of or inside buildings. The GPS signal may also be weaker in dense forests or areas with poor signal reception.
Location permissions: Players must allow Seppo to access their device’s location data in order to play the game. At the start of the game, Seppo will ask for permission to use location.
If the device does not automatically ask for permission, the player must manually enable location access by going to the browser’s or devices settings.
To enable location access on your device, follow these steps:
1. Open your phone’s Personal Settings.
2. Go to Location → App Permissions → Chrome.
3. Allow Chrome to use your location by selecting:
“Allow only while using the app” or “Ask every time”.
4. Activate the “Use precise location” toggle in your settings.
7. How does Seppo ensure my security?

8. How to use sponsored games?
You can download free sponsored games produced by professionals from Seppo’s online store. To download a sponsored game, you need an activation code, which is most often available on the sponsored game provider’s website.
Go to https://play.seppo.io/newshop/shop. Enter the game activation code in the search box and download the game. You will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to Seppo to use the game.
