Player account reports
The Player related report shows detailed data on how individual player account users are progressing in games they’ve joined. This view helps instructors track engagement, progress, and completion status for each player.
1. Filter players and games
Use the filters at the top to narrow down your view based on:
- Player name or email
- Tag (e.g. subject, group, school)
- Game name
- Game created date range
This helps you focus on specific students, classes, or time periods.

2. Players List
For each player, you’ll see:
- Email address
- All games shared to their player account
- A color-coded progress status:
✅ Completed
🟡 In progress
🔴 Not started
Game-specific stats:
- Tasks completed vs. game total tasks
- Points collected
- Badges earned
- Last action in the game

3. Games Section
Each game tile includes:
- Game title and image
- Last game action
- The average playing time
- Number of participants enrolled in the game, and the number who have completed all required tasks.
