Seppo Game Library
1. Sharing your game in seppo library
Sharing your game in Seppo libraries allows you to collaborate and contribute in various ways. You can choose to share your game to:
- Seppo Community Library: Share your game with all Seppo users, helping to foster collaboration and showcase great games.
- Organisation Private Library: Share privately within your organisation, enabling teamwork and easy access for your colleagues.
Seppo Template Library (for corp users only): Contains ready-made games that you can easily edit to suit your needs. It’s a convenient way to start onboarding or provide safe training.
3. Organisation's private library
With a Seppo organisational licence, you can share games privately with other Seppo users in your own organisation. This makes it easy to collaborate, reuse content, and ensure consistent learning experiences across teams.
You can also be a member of multiple organisations in Seppo. Simply switch between them within your account to access different private libraries.
💡 Tip:
Create a private shared library where instructors can download games for their teams. Making it easier than ever to scale great content across your organisation.

How to Share Your Game to the Seppo Organisation Library:
Open your game and click the game sharing settings (the globe icon) in the top-right corner of the game editor.
In the sharing settings window, activate the toggle "Organisation Library."
Write a description for the game. You can also add keywords and categories to help other users find your game more easily.
Save the information, and your game will be added to your organisation's private library, where users within your organisation can download a copy for their personal use.
To update or remove your game from the library, simply open the settings of the shared game again and choose the desired action.

Tips for using the Organisational library!
The private organisation Seppo library allows you to take advantage of the gamification and offer customised training within your organisation. This enables effective learning, knowledge sharing and communication according to the company’s own needs and objectives.
4. Updating the game in the library
Once you have shared a game with a private library, changes to the game will not automatically be synchronised with the game in the library.
💡Note: Game updates can only be made to the game shared in the original library!
If you make changes to the game after sharing, resync the game to ensure updates are visible in the game library.
Open a shared game, make the desired updates to the game.
In the updated game, open the "Sync" setting in the bottom right corner of the game.
Update your game data and finally press the "Sync game now" button to synchronise the changes you have made with the game library.
This ensures that any changes you make to the game are visible to all users who download the game.
💡Please note that game updates will not be visible to people who have already downloaded the game, they will need to download a new updated game from the library.
Removing a game from the library
To remove a game from the library:
Open a shared game and open the "Sync" setting in the bottom right corner of your game.
Turn on the "Delete game" option.
Press the "Sync game now" button.
This way, the game will be removed from the library, but you will keep the game among your own games. Other users will no longer see the game in the library or be able to download it.
💡Note that this will only remove the game from the library and will not affect if you have shared the game privately with other instructors.
