For existing customers

To manage your current subscription:

Go to play.seppo.io/newshop/shop.

Select "Manage an existing subscription? Log in here".

From there, you can choose to upgrade or downgrade your existing licence.

💡 Please note: We’ve updated our licensing models. If your account is using an older model, changes require assistance. In that case, please contact our Sales Team via Customer Support, and they’ll help you with the update.

For new customers

If you're new to Seppo:

Select whether you're an education or business user at the Seppo shop (play.seppo.io/newshop/shop).

Choose the number of player licences you want to purchase.
