  • The Game ID number, found in the game’s URL when the game open in edit mode

  • The device you’re using (laptop, mobile phone, tablet) and operating system (Android or iOS)

  • The browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox)

  • A clear description of the issue: what happens, when, and how often

  • If possible, attach a screenshot or video showing the problem
