Work is changing faster than organisations can track.
SeppoQ™ is a Human Capability Intelligence platform.
SeppoQ helps employees build real capability through AI-facilitated simulations and personalised feedback, while giving leaders continuous visibility into capability and progress across teams, units, and locations.
✦ KNOW WHERE support and investment will have the greatest impact
✦ IDENTIFY capability gaps before they become business risk
✦ TRACK PROGRESS across teams and capabilities
Start For Free
Establish your capability baseline with up to 50 people, at no cost. Get real data from your own organisation before committing to a larger rollout.
Lead people development with data, not gut feeling.
Where are capability gaps slowing execution?
Where do teams need support?
Is training actually working?
Where should we invest next?
Which capability gaps are becoming business risk?
These decisions should be guided by data. Yet most organizations still rely on completion rates, self-assessments, and surveys that measure opinion, not real performance.
SeppoQ changes that. AI-facilitated simulations place people in realistic situations and measure how they apply knowledge, communicate, and make decisions under pressure. Every participant receives personalised feedback, while leaders get objective capability insights across teams and over time.
The result is objective, comparable capability data that shows where people are today, how capability is developing, and where support or reskilling is needed next.
Training doesn't stick. Investment keeps growing. Transformation fails. SeppoQ turns human capability into actionable intelligence.

What are you looking to solve?
Pay transparency & manager conversations
New pay legislation is creating high-stakes conversations most managers have never had before. SeppoQ reveals how prepared managers are and helps build the capability to handle these conversations consistently and compliantly.
AI transformation & compliance readiness
You've rolled out the tools and run the training. But are people actually working differently? How are they making business-critical decisions day to day — and how has their judgment changed? SeppoQ shows what's genuinely changed and gives the data to demonstrate it. Particularly relevant for organisations navigating EU AI Act compliance.
Strategy & values rollout
A strategy only creates value when it changes how people actually operate day to day. SeppoQ shows whether people understand what is expected of them, can apply it in realistic business situations, and are executing consistently across teams, roles, and functions.
Something else?
If your organisation is facing a capability challenge, a reskilling need, or a change that requires people to work differently, SeppoQ can most likely help. Tell us your situation and we'll show you how.
SeppoQ Works in 3 Steps:
1. Understand the starting point
Employees work through realistic tasks with no retries, no feedback, and no scores shown. Leadership gets an honest picture of where the employees actually stand, before any coaching or guidance begins.
Want to try it? We’re offering the baseline capability measurement free for up to 50 people per organisation. Book a demo or contact us to learn more.

Baseline capability score, established before any training or coaching begins.
2. Build capability through practice
Employees practise in AI-facilitated scenarios and receive personalised, coaching-style feedback. Progress is measured across applied knowledge, communication, and decision-making.
Expert-validated evaluation • Transparent scoring • EU-hosted infrastructure

Examples of AI-facilitated workplace scenarios, matched to your organisation’s context.
3. Validate & get insight
SeppoQ revisits key tasks to show what has changed over time. Leaders get a clear view of capability and progress across teams, roles, and locations, with objective data to guide where to invest and what to develop next.

A readiness summary card, generated automatically for each simulation.

In a 30-minute walkthrough, we’ll show you how SeppoQ identifies capability, supports development, and tracks progress over time.
Why simulations reveal
real capability
Most capability measurement asks people what they know or what they think about themselves. The problem is that knowing the right answer and being able to apply it under pressure are two completely different things.
Simulations bridge that gap. When people work through realistic situations, they respond in their own words, in writing or in conversation with an AI counterpart that reacts like a real person would.
Their actual behaviour under pressure becomes visible, not just a self-reported version of it.
How SeppoQ reveals readiness
SeppoQ’s evaluation framework is built on 14 years of experience in workplace learning and capability development across 50+ countries, grounded in pedagogical expertise and designed to measure real performance, not self-reported opinion. The standards are defined by people, and AI applies them.
The framework evaluates performance across three dimensions simultaneously: knowledge and understanding, communication and interaction, and decision-making under pressure, using structured rubrics instead of subjective judgment.
The result is objective, comparable, and actionable insight into readiness and capability—helping leaders decide where to invest, which teams to support, and how capability is developing over time.
Q&A
SeppoQ is Seppo’s Human Capability Intelligence platform.
SeppoQ helps organisations understand, develop, and track human capability. Through realistic, AI-facilitated workplace simulations, it shows how people apply knowledge, communicate, and make decisions, while giving leaders objective insight into capability, readiness, and progress across teams and over time.
An LMS delivers content and tracks completion. SeppoQ shows whether learning translates into real-world capability: how people apply knowledge, communicate, and make decisions when it matters.
SeppoQ is designed to support GDPR compliance in enterprise environments. All data is hosted and processed within the EU, the customer organization remains the data controller, and Seppo acts as data processor under a DPA aligned with Article 28 GDPR.
No. User responses processed through Azure OpenAI are never used to train AI models, shared with OpenAI, or used to improve any third-party products. AI evaluation runs solely to return the result for that user, entirely within the EU.
Individual results are visible only to the user themselves — never to administrators or managers. Reporting is only available in aggregated form at unit or location level, and only when at least 5 users have completed the phase, ensuring individuals cannot be identified through group-level data. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+), hosted within the EU, and protected by role-based access controls with MFA for Seppo staff.
Yes. All AI-generated content — evaluations, feedback, and report summaries — is clearly labeled in the interface. AI results are decision-support only and reviewed by the customer organization’s managers; they do not constitute automated decision-making under GDPR Article 22.
All customer data is hosted within the EU. SeppoQ uses Supabase (Stockholm, Sweden) for database and authentication, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service (Sweden North) for AI evaluation, and Mailjet (France) for transactional email. No data is stored outside the EU/EEA.
