Soprano, the leading Nordic private education organisation has signed a 4 MEUR contract for a two year development program, total value of 7.8 MEUR, with a middle sized Asian country’s governmental institution. Seppo is part of the Finnish education expertise export consortium taking the program to practice. The program concentrates on renewing the country's professional education system.
In the consortium with Seppo are MIF, Tieturi, TAMK, OAMK, Tredu, Riveria, Claned, EduRes Consulting, and HuippuEducation, all working in the different fields of education from professional colleges and universities of applied science to education technology and professional development.
Arto tenhunen, CEO of Soprano Ltd:
“The international markets for exporting Finnish knowledge are basically limitless. Despite this fact, it took Soprano three years and large investments to get the first breakthrough in education export. This program is one of the largest ever made export sales in Finnish education expertise. We now quickly need experts within and also outside of the consortium to work in this program.”
Riku Alkio, CEO and Founder of Seppo.io: “Seppo is proud to be part of this significant program, and we see that there are huge possibilities to export Finnish expertise in edtech and education know-how globally”.
